MyaVation was built from my real life experiences — rooted in discipline, growth, and self-love. My journey was never about hating my body or trying to change who I was. I’ve always been confident, no matter my size. But during a toxic chapter of my life, I lost myself, fell into unhealthy habits,  and stopped showing up as the happiest, healthiest version of myself. Not because I didn’t care but because I wasn’t putting myself first.

When I decided to get back to me, everything changed. I focused on building better habits, moving my body, eating cleaner, and staying consistent. I didn’t obsess over calories or rush the process. I just stayed disciplined and trusted that my body would follow and it did.
